As soon as the contract is signed and the invoice is sent, we kickstart the onboarding process. We create a shared Google Drive folder to which both you and we have access. This is where we collaborate and store all the relevant documents, making it easy to share and retrieve information seamlessly.

Step 2: Create Group WhatsApp

Communication is the cornerstone of a successful partnership. That's why we create a WhatsApp group chat with key contacts. Why WhatsApp, you ask? It's more than just a messaging app; it allows us to communicate quickly, share videos, pictures, audio messages, and texts. Plus, we can send links to shared Google Drive folders directly, ensuring that important information is always at your fingertips.

Step 3: Virtual Face-to-Face Meetings

Especially when working with remote clients, we find it beneficial to set up a regular Google Meeting schedule. Whether it's bi-weekly or monthly, these meetings keep us connected, aligned, and moving forward together. Step 4: Tracking Progress with Weekdone

We're all about keeping things organized and visible. That's why we create a progress document that outlines your unique challenges and our tailored solutions. This document also includes a monthly breakdown of tasks. To visually track progress, we use Weekdone. It's a fantastic software that provides a visual representation of project progress. You can either access our shared Weekdone or create your own account. We highly recommend it, and the best part—it's free!

Step 5: Communication Choices

While WhatsApp is our go-to for quick communication, we understand that email, phone calls, or texts work perfectly too. We're here to adapt to your preferred method of contact.

Step 6: Contract Flexibility

Our contract structure is designed to match your needs. For consulting services, we offer quarterly contracts with monthly invoices. This approach aligns with business operations, provides flexibility for slower months, and allows us to maximize productivity over a three-month span. For one-off website builds, we charge 50% upfront, 25% midway, and the remaining 25% upon completion.
